For the past couple of months, Chris has made this salad that he’s super proud of. And he should be because it tastes really, really delicious! But the cool thing is, all of the ingredients are from Trader Joe’s – so whenever he makes it, he calls it the “Trader Joe Salad.”
So obviously this post is dedicated to the boy. I’m so lucky to have someone who supports my endeavors and pushes me everyday to exceed my own expectations…and for that, I dedicate this song to you: Maroon 5 + Questlove – Sunday Morning.

Is Trader Joe’s NOT the BEST place on earth! Love that he calls it the Trader Joe Salad. I love everything there. Will have to check out his salad and make it.
